I’m working with PRNDI to submit a CPB grant that would take a headcount of journalists in public broadcasting. Who should be counted? Sounds simple until you think about it. What about that program director who hosts Morning Edition? What about that web producer who adds photos and converts the radio script to text? What about unpaid volunteers who help report?
